Welcome to Cozystride. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website Cozystride.us (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Cozystride, and “you” means the person visiting or buying from the Site.

By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or be using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you can legally enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, sizes, and images. However, screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear, and we cannot guarantee that your device will display them exactly. We may update product information, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and promotions may change at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Taxes, duties, and shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and other payment providers offered at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
  • By providing a payment method, you confirm you are authorized to use it and that the information is accurate.
  • We may correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for reasons such as:

  • Product unavailability or inventory errors
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Incomplete or inaccurate order information
  • Suspected reselling or abuse of promotions

If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You may cancel your own order before it ships by emailing contact@cozystride.us. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the locations shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the terms stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders where a promotion has been misused.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. 18. Disputes and Chargebacks

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Walton County, Florida, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own state or country.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in full effect.

21. Entire Agreement and Waiver

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, it does not mean we waive that right.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time you placed them.
